Union Square Roses
While finishing my San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge trek and walking towards Powell Street BART station, I approached Union Square. Gathering around the giant bright Christmas tree were crowds of onlookers. I sat down on a ledge. Looking down, I noticed a planting of small, bright, pink roses just poking above soil.
